On 4/20/25 approximately 10:16 am call #129 and #130 Laureldale firefighters were dispatched along with Cologne in the area of Red Lobster for reported mulch fire

Cologne Chief 18-50 arrived and located the area on fire, Engine 33 arrived and began extinguishing the fire. While firefighters were cleaning up an additional call was dispatched for an unauthorized burn in the area of Leah Lane. Firefighters arrived to find a small fire pit in the backyard. Firefighter assisted the homeowner with putting the fire out.
